This product is a pretty optimal option for everyday use because one 250-mL glass has 38% of your calcium RDI and includes 1.5% fat from rapeseed oil and oats. What might be less amazing Right now, this particular recipe does not have any vitamins. That’s because we’re still using a European vitamin mix that’s not customised for you, Australia! So it’s kind of an all-or-nothing situation, and right now, it’s nothing. In the future we want to make sure our oat milk is a great substitute for cow’s milk while also being totally suited to Australian food standards.
