Sambucol Kids Cough Liquid is best used in the following manner for cold & flu symptoms in children: 2-4yrs: 2.5ml 2 times per day 4-12yrs: 5ml 2 times per day 12 yrs+: 5ml 3 times per day Shake well before use.
