Instructions:

VapoRub Easy Application works in two ways: 1. By Stimulation through topical application: Rub in directly on the skin, warming way muscular aches and pains. Topical use: Remove cap, twist the bottom to release the ointment. Relief from nasal congestion and cough: Apply on the chest, neck back. Leave clothes loose for vapours to be inhaled easily. Relief from minor aches and pains: Rub on the affected parts. Clean the applicator top with a tissue after each use and place the cap on. 2. By steam Inhalation method: Medicinal vapours help relieve nasal congestion and cough. Twist the bottom to fill 2 teaspoonfuls of ointment and add into a bowl partially filled with steaming water (NOT BOILING). Gently inhale the vapours with a towel over your head and bowl. Closely supervise children to avoid scalding. Discard bowl contents after use. May be repeated up to four times a day.
