The expectorant action of Guaiphenesinincreases the flow of natural secretions along the lower respiratory tract. This liquefying effect helps loosen congestion so that it can be coughed up to clear the chest. DextromethorphanHydrobromideis a cough suppressant that helps control the cough for up to 8 hours. Do not exceed 4 doses in a 24 hour period. Do not use in children under 6 years of age.

Instructions:

Every 6-8 hours orally when necessary Adults and Children 12 years and over: 10ml Children 6 years to under 12 years: 5ml
